Position Summary:
The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing high-quality beverage service during private events and functions. This role ensures efficient bar operations while delivering a friendly and professional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet events
• Set up and maintain bar areas before, during, and after events
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
• Provide excellent guest service and engage with members and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage service
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Must meet all legal requirements for alcohol service in Florida
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $11.98 per hour
