BANQUET BARTENDER/SERVER (ON-CALL)

Summary

Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Event servers/bartenders are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. They make sure function space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to push, pull and lift a moderate amount of weight.
  • 1-2 years of banquet serving and bartending preferred.
