Banquet & Catering Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Banquet & Outdoor Catering Manager to lead and oversee all banquet operations and off-site catering events. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing teams, and ensuring smooth execution of functions both inside the hotel and at external venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage banquet functions and outdoor catering events.
• Supervise service teams to ensure high standards of food & beverage service.
• Liaise with clients, culinary, and events teams to meet expectations.
• Control costs, manage inventories, and ensure profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)
