The Rooftop Barback will be pivotal to our bar team, reflecting our commitment to authentic hospitality, inclusivity, and exceptional service. This role helps ensure our rooftop bar operates smoothly and efficiently while supporting bartenders and delivering a memorable guest experience in a lively, welcoming atmosphere. We are excited to welcome individuals who are passionate about hospitality and contributing to our dynamic, community-oriented culture.

What you will do:

Bar Support: Assist bartenders with stocking, preparing, and maintaining bar stations to ensure efficient service during high-volume periods.

Restocking & Inventory: Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware, ice, garnishes, spirits, beer, and wine throughout service.

Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, service stations, and storage areas while following health and safety standards.

Glassware & Equipment: Collect, wash, and polish glassware and bar tools to ensure bartenders have everything needed for service.

Guest Interaction: Support the bar team in delivering excellent service by assisting with water service, clearing bar areas, and responding to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, servers, and management to maintain smooth service and a positive team environment.

Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

What you will need:

Previous experience in a hospitality, barback, or restaurant support role is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry kegs, ice buckets, and bar supplies.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
