Job Title: Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare a variety of juice, coffee and tea beverages.
• Ensure quality control of all beverages and food items
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Continuously learn about new products and menu items to make recommendations to customers
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday
