Long Description Job Summary
Our Baristas are responsible for serving our customers the best beverage and food, while maintaining service and brand standards.
Job Responsibilities

Deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards

Produce & serve all drinks and food to brand standards & recipes

Maintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges and rotating stock within company guidelines/planograms

Maintain standards of Health, Safety & Cleanliness

Upsell and demonstrate product knowledge by answering and suggesting to the customers to maximize sales

Operate the till in line with brand training

Maintain hygiene standards inside the store and patio area and regularly check that all areas are in compliance to company standards

Complete all tasks required by the daily cleaning schedule

Ensure all food & beverage items are delivered and displayed as per standard
