Gastronomyis a well stablished Brand in Qatar and is continuously expanding.
We are in need of highly skilled Barista.

Job Summary:

As a barista, you will be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional coffee and beverage service. Your primary duties will include taking orders from customers, preparing and serving various coffee and espresso-based drinks, operating and maintaining coffee-making equipment, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Roles & Responsiblites:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Take orders from customers and prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages as per customer's request
• Ensure the quality of the coffee by selecting and grinding the appropriate type of beans and using the correct brewing method
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized, including maintaining a clean and tidy workspace, equipment, and utensils
• Promote sales by providing customers with information about the available products and special offers
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and provide accurate change to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, complaints, and questions in a professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and timely service, cleanliness, and quality of the product
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality

Requirments & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
• Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Barista training or certification is a plus

Candidate must be in Qatar and able to join immediately.
