Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Crafting hot & cold coffees (espresso, lattes, etc.), teas, and other drinks to order, including steaming milk and creating latte art.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, making menu suggestions, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
• ** Operations:** Operating espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems; handling cash/card transactions.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keeping the workstation, equipment, and seating areas spotless, and ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies (beans, cups, milk), and potentially placing orders.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
