Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages while delivering excellent service and maintaining Jebla’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to Jebla Coffee Roasters’ recipes and standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently and safely
• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service
• Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas
• Handle cash, POS systems, and daily transactions accurately
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with stock management, restocking, and basic inventory checks
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, and milk texturing is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
