BARISTA

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee station and seating areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Manage cash transactions and accurately process payments.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Uphold health and safety standards in food preparation and service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD230.000 - KD250.000 per month
