Barista

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is must. (Additional training will be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Passion for coffee, beverages, and creating a positive guest experience.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
