Job Description:
As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering exceptional service. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure each customer has a great experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and espresso drinks with accuracy and care.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station.
• Follow all recipes and guidelines to ensure beverage quality and consistency.
• Support the team during busy times to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Speaks Arabic & English.
