Roles & responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using professional espresso machines.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks such as Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, Americano, Mocha, and other specialty beverages.
• Present beverages with high quality and attention to detail, including Latte Art.
• Take customer orders and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner that reflects a positive image of the establishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and all equipment at all times.
• Ensure the proper use and routine maintenance of coffee preparation equipment.
• Comply with health and food safety standards.
• Monitor coffee and beverage stock levels and inform management when supplies need replenishment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure fast and efficient service during busy hours.

Desired candidate profile

• Previous experience working as a Barista in cafés or restaurants.
• Good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and preparation techniques.
• Skilled in using professional espresso machines and coffee grinders.
• Ability to prepare beverages quickly and accurately while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle work pressure.
• Age must not exceed 35 years.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
