To ensure our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently, we are seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join our team.

Job Description:

As a System Administrator at BattleWorld, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our computer equipment and technical systems. Your role will involve providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our gaming PCs and VR gear. Additionally, you will be required to make bar orders and handle cash counter. Shift timing from 8pm to 5am.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all computer equipment and VR gear in the center.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Ensure that gaming PCs and VR systems are configured and optimized for performance.
• Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Provide basic graphic design support using Photoshop for promotional materials and in-house needs.
• Work closely with the team to identify and resolve any technical problems that may arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, with a focus on gaming PCs and VR technology.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with VR equipment and gaming systems is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
