Acamind Academy LLC is a KHDA-approved professional training institute based in Dubai. We deliver internationally aligned certification programs in IT, Finance, HR, and Business domains.

We are currently expanding our IT & CRM portfolio and seeking an experienced Salesforce Trainer to deliver:

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Associate

This role is ideal for a certified Salesforce professional with hands-on implementation experience and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Salesforce Administrator and Associate training programs (online / classroom / hybrid)
• Prepare structured session plans aligned with Salesforce exam objectives
• Provide hands-on demos using Salesforce environments
• Guide learners through real-world CRM use cases and business scenarios
• Support students with exam preparation strategies and mock tests
• Assist in curriculum enhancement and lab development
• Ensure high learner engagement and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Certified Associate (Preferred)
• Minimum 2–4 years of practical Salesforce implementation experience
• Prior training or teaching experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Salesforce CRM architecture
• Objects, Fields, Relationships
• Reports & Dashboards
• Workflow Rules & Process Automation
• User Management & Security
• Sales Cloud fundamentals

Preferred Profile

• Experience in corporate training delivery
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners
• UAE experience is an advantage
