Real Estate Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Trainer with 2–3 years of UAE real estate training experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs to enhance agent performance, productivity, and conversion rates.

This role focuses on onboarding new agents, upskilling existing teams, and driving revenue growth through structured training and performance coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding training for new real estate agents
  • Deliver sales training sessions (lead handling, objection handling, closing techniques)
  • Train agents on UAE real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and compliance
  • Develop training modules for off-plan, secondary, and international sales
  • Provide CRM training and ensure proper usage
  • Conduct role-plays and field coaching sessions
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvement plans
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to improve KPIs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and track ROI

Training Areas

  • Lead conversion strategy
  • Developer project knowledge (Emaar, Nakheel, Aldar, etc.)
  • Cold calling & follow-up techniques
  • Client consultation & negotiation
  • Social media & personal branding for agents
  • Market updates & competitive analysis

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience as a Real Estate Trainer in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of Dubai / UAE property market
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Experience in sales coaching & performance tracking
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to train large and small teams
