Job Purpose:

Craft delightful coffee experiences by blending the expertise in coffee preparation, menu knowledge, and exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere where customers can enjoy quality food & beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage and Food Preparation

• Skilfully prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, and serve a range of food items, with a focus on hottest selling products like Nuggets and Pizza.
• Ensure the timely and accurate execution of orders, maintaining a delivery time of 5-7 minutes.
• Revamp and maintain the product range, emphasizing ready-to-eat and ready-to-serve options.
• Provide a diverse menu, answering customer questions about ingredients and offering personalized recommendations.

2. Inventory Management and Display

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks for beverage and food ingredients.
• Display items attractively, ensuring a visually appealing presentation to enhance customer experience.
• Check the brewing equipment regularly, promptly reporting any maintenance needs for swift resolution.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts, with a particular focus on upselling opportunities.

3. Equipment Maintenance and Sanitization

• Clean and sanitize equipment, including coffee machines, friers, freezers, chillers, and ice cream freezers.
• Perform weekly maintenance tasks such as changing oils in friers and cleaning freezer and chiller units.
• Adhere to cleanliness standards in the stall and record periodic checklists (Hourly checking of Oil temperature etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in the cafe area, adhering to high hygiene standards.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure space for both customers and staff.

4. Customer Service and Upselling

• Interact with customers in a friendly manner, consistently providing excellent customer service with a rating of 5/5.
• Process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, efficiently and accurately.
• Implement upselling strategies to promote additional products and enhance overall sales.
• Personalize customer experience by asking for names for every order, contributing to a positive and engaging service.
