About the Role:
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is seeking energetic and customer-focused Baristas to join our growing team in Bahrain. If you're passionate about coffee and creating memorable experiences, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by taking accurate orders and engaging with guests.
• Describe menu items and make thoughtful product recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
• Support team operations and maintain a positive environment during various shifts.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates currently residing in Bahrain are preferred.
• Prior barista or café experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Must be well-presented, punctual, and customer-oriented.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
