Senior Barista (Immediate Joiners preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 year of experience in a fast-paced café environment and a strong passion for coffee and customer service and must be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming, efficient café environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 year of barista experience (specialty coffee experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic English proficiency (Arabic is a plus)
