• Experience: Previous barista or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude.
• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy "rush" hours.
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills and a "people-first" mindset.
• Reliability: Punctuality is a must—our customers need their morning caffeine!
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and early morning shifts.
