The Commis Chef will assist in preparing, baking, and presenting coffee-inspired sweets and desserts. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and coffee-inspired desserts
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations
• Support senior chefs in daily operations and special menu creations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Contribute to innovation and creativity in the Coffee Sweets section

Requirements

• Previous experience in pastry or dessert preparation preferred
• Culinary diploma or relevant training is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and passion for sweets and coffee flavors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
