Barista

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, and customer-focused, with a strong background in food preparation and specialty coffee service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based coffees, smoothies, and teas
• Create fresh wraps, sandwiches, salads, and café-style snacks
• Maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene in all food and beverage preparation
• Greet and serve customers professionally and politely
• Operate the POS system and manage cash/card transactions accurately
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café and kitchen area
• Monitor stock levels and inform management when replenishment is needed
• Comply with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Barista experience in the UAE
• Skilled in preparing food items such as sandwiches, salads, and smoothies
• Solid knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Must hold a valid own visa (freelance or spouse)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented personality

Preferred Skills

• Experience in latte art and cold brew
• UAE Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain it)

Additional Information

• Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah before joining
• Language Requirements: Fluent English (Required), Arabic (Preferred)
