The Role

At [The One Cafe], coffee is not just a drink; it is a ritual. We are looking for a Barista who is obsessed with the science of the bean and the art of the pour. You will be responsible for delivering world-class espresso, manual brews, and signature coffee mocktails that match of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Extraction Excellence: Dial-in espresso daily, adjusting for humidity and temperature to ensure the perfect shot.
• Latte Art: Consistently deliver high-level latte art (rosettas, tulips, swans) for every milk-based drink.
• Manual Brewing: Mastery of V60, Chemex, or Aeropress techniques to highlight the flavor profiles of our specialty beans.
• The Ritual: Engage with guests to explain the origin of the beans and the tasting notes of their cup.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the espresso machine and grinders in pristine, showroom condition.
• Speed & Precision: Maintain the highest quality standards even during the high-pressure "Eid Rush."

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in a specialty coffee shop or luxury hotel environment.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of coffee origins, processing methods, and roasting profiles.
• Technical Skill: Ability to troubleshoot grind sizes and water ratios on the fly.
• Presentation: Polished, professional appearance and a warm, guest-focused personality.
