The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring excellent customer service. Follow proper techniques for grinding, brewing, steaming milk, and latte art.

Customize drinks based on customer requests while ensuring consistency and quality.

Suggest and upsell additional menu items, such as pastries or food pairings.
2. Customer Service & Experience:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.

Engage with customers to recommend drinks based on their preferences.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Ensure quick and efficient service, especially during peak hours.
3. Store Operations & Cleanliness:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and service areas.

Follow health and safety regulations for food handling, sanitation, and beverage preparation.

Restock supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other essentials.

Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
4. Inventory & Cash Handling:

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.

Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly.

Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.
5. Teamwork & Collaboration:

Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant.
