Barista

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and blended drinks according to Caribou brand standards.

Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure product consistency.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.

Monitor product quality and ensure freshness of ingredients at all times.

Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.

Recommend menu items and promote upselling opportunities.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Create a welcoming and friendly store environment.

Operate the POS system accurately for order processing and payments.

Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions responsibly.

Support end-of-shift cash reconciliation when required.

Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with Qatar Municipality regulations.

Perform daily opening and closing cleaning tasks.

Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.

Assist in stock receiving and storage procedures.

Report low-stock items to the supervisor promptly.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Support store promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,700.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
