Female Coffee Maker

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Coffee Maker / Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, etc.)
• Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment cleanliness
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Provide excellent customer service and handle orders efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
• Manage stock levels and report shortages

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a barista or coffee maker
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is a plus
• Good communication skills in English and Tagalog speaker
• Presentable, active, and customer-oriented
• Ability to work flexible shifts

Salary: QAR 3000 – QAR 3500 (based on experience)
