About the Role

We’re looking for experienced full-time with open weekday availability for our newest location on campus at Cal State LA.

This role requires a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent time management, and the ability to foster a professional yet welcoming environment. A genuine love of coffee, a passion for learning, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.

We’re seeking team members who are:

• Reliable, punctual, and positive in attitude.
• Comfortable handling side work and deep cleaning tasks.
• Able to commit to the position for at least one year.

Compensation

• $17.75–$19/hour + tips (averaging an additional $7–$12/hour).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Keep the café clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
