Job Summary

We're looking for a couple awesome individuals to join our Lewistown team! We start at minimum wage + all cash/credit card tips - take home, say day, untaxed! If you want a high pace, fun job, working with some amazing people this is the place for you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment efficiently
• Manage cash register transactions accurately while providing excellent service
• Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth daily operations
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back

Skills

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation (nice-to-have)
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask effectively while delivering outstanding customer service
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in a team-oriented environment

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
