Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments efficiently.
• Assist in managing stock levels, including coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Provide friendly and attentive service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Follow company recipes, presentation standards, and service procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment maintenance.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately (preferred).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
