Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence
• Provide an enthusiastic, welcoming, and friendly experience for every guest.
• Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle transactions with speed and professionalism.
• Drink Preparation
• Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, energy drinks, teas, and other beverages according to 7 Brew standards.
• Maintain speed and consistency while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork & Communication
• Work closely with other Brewistas and shift leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly in a drive-thru setting to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Cleanliness & Organization
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep the stand clean, organized, and stocked at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
