Barista

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve drinks and food to standard recipes
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Take accurate orders and handle payments (POS system)
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining space
- Follow health, saftety, and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts and self-motivated, resourceful during down times
- Work alongside and support student interns

Requirements:

- Previous Barista or food service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work 3:00-6:15 pm Monday-Friday, as well as Saturday and Sundays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
