Barista

The Perch is looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages. Barista responsibilities include engaging with customers, taking orders and making the drinks. This position’s compensation includes an hourly rate plus tips. We are a locally owned and operated store with an experienced staff. We want to have a team member who helps our customers have an amazing drinking experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers
• Prepare beverages
• Serve beverages and prepared food (we serve crepes and other breakfast items)
• Take and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the barista space clean
• Maintain stock
• Previous work experience as a Barista is helpful
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation
• Excellent communication skills

Hourly Rate - $18-$28 an hour with tips
