• Prepare and deliver all products according to brand standards and recipes.
• Serve guests with enthusiasm and a smile.
• Handle Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and manage cash.
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation and complete thorough cleaning of guest areas.
• Adhere to all food safety, cash, and restaurant safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet guest expectations.
• Resolve guest issues positively and effectively.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and dedicated attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not always required.
