Barista

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating a positive welcoming experience for our customers. Experience is a plus, but not required. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, redbull / lotus drinks, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Utilize Square POS system for order processing and inventory management.

Requirements

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor to assist customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available for closing & weekend shifts.
