Concorde Espresso Bar is opening soon in Porters Neck, and we’re looking for energetic, hospitality-driven baristas to join our opening team for both daytime and nighttime shifts.

Concorde blends specialty coffee, espresso, cocktails, desserts, and nightlife energy into one unique experience. We are building a fast-paced environment focused on quality drinks, great vibes, and exceptional hospitality from morning through late night.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work efficiently during high-volume rushes
• Keep stations stocked and ready for service
• Assist with opening or closing duties depending on shift

Qualifications:

• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Looking for both daytime and nighttime availability
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality or coffee experience preferred, but we can train the right person
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

We want people who enjoy staying busy, interacting with guests, and helping create a memorable atmosphere. Whether it’s a morning coffee rush or a packed late-night crowd, our team delivers high-level hospitality all day long.

Pay:

$16/hour plus tips
Average earnings of $25–$33 per hour with tips.
