Experienced Barista – Shir Chai Co.

Shir Chai Co. is looking for experienced baristas to join our growing front of house team. We’re seeking individuals who are confident working in a fast-paced café environment, have strong customer service skills, and can consistently deliver quality beverages during busy brunch service.

Pay & Schedule:

• Competitive hourly pay
• Primarily daytime shifts
• Weekend availability preferred
• Additional hours may be required based on business needs

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso drinks, chai, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and efficiency
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in a high-volume setting
• Take orders, process transactions, and maintain accuracy during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and front counter areas
• Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, and supplies throughout service
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior barista experience required
• Comfortable operating espresso equipment and working in a fast-paced café environment
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stay organized and maintain quality under pressure
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
