Barista

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Dubai.

We are looking for a flexible, hardworking, and detail-oriented person who genuinely loves coffee and enjoys connecting with customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, be confident in sales and upselling, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and be able to follow up on orders efficiently without the need for repeated instructions.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality plant-based beverages and food items while maintaining SEVA’s exceptional standards. Core duties include engaging with customers to provide outstanding service, supporting daily café operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with inventory and quality control, and contributing to a welcoming and harmonious environment aligned with SEVA’s values.

Flexibility to also support waiter duties is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant environment
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and food service standards
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Strong sales and upselling abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up on tasks and orders
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and service
• Passion for plant-based, sustainable, and conscious living is a plus
• Previous hospitality experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Flexibility to perform waiter duties when required is essential
