Overview
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista to join our team! In this role, you will craft delicious beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming café environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety standards
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing their needs and providing product recommendations
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions
• Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels

Requirements

• Previous barista or coffee experience is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and proper food preparation techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
