Knoops is a premium chocolate drinks concept that started in the U.K. and is now opening its first U.S. locations in Utah. Built around a unique percentage-based chocolate menu, Knoops allows customers to fully customize their chocolate drinks (hot, iced, frozen) through a process we call Knoopology- exploring a wide range of chocolates, milks, and mix-ins to discover their perfect drink and create a one-of-a-kind experience.

We’re looking for Baristas who are passionate about hospitality, quality, and creating memorable customer experiences and rituals for customers. We want to partner with people whose love is making other people happy through chocolate.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour plus tips

Role Responsibilities

• Bring Happiness to customers through customized craft chocolate drinks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable customer experiences that reflect the Knoops brand
• Guide customers through the menu, helping them explore chocolate percentages, flavors, and new drink combinations
• Craft premium chocolate drinks, coffee, tea, shakes, and ice cream products with consistency and attention to detail
• Operate store equipment and POS systems safely and accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations while supporting daily cleaning routines
• Support restocking, inventory organization, and overall store presentation
• Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and hospitality standards
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures consistently

Qualifications & Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create welcoming and memorable customer experiences
• Reliable, responsible, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, including picking up additional shifts and working extra hours during peak seasons when needed
• Passion for hospitality, chocolate, and growing with the Knoops brand
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Food Handler Permit required or ability to obtain one before starting
• Barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
