We are currently looking for ONE EXPERIENCED Barista / Café Bar team member to join our growing team.

Set Schedule

Friday, Saturday & Sunday

9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

This position requires applicants to be 21+ due to alcohol service responsibilities.

About the Role

This position is responsible for crafting both coffee and bar beverages including:

* Espresso drinks

* Specialty lattes & matcha

* Mocktails

* Cocktails

* Beer & wine service

You’ll be the hands behind some of our guests’ favorite drinks while helping maintain the elevated aesthetic and guest experience Plated Dreams is known for.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has previous barista experience (in craft coffee)

* Knows espresso pulling, milk steaming & latte art (manual La Marzocco espresso machine)

* Has experience with cocktails or mixed beverages (preferred)

* Works well independently in a fast-paced environment

* Has a strong eye for detail and presentation

* Is organized, efficient, and dependable

* Brings positive energy and professionalism to the team

Creativity and passion for beverages are a huge plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Preparing hot & iced beverages

* Operating and maintaining espresso equipment

* Preparing cocktails, mocktails, beer & wine

* Restocking and keeping the beverage station clean and organized

* Maintaining cake and pastry displays

* Assisting with opening and closing duties

* Communicating effectively with coworkers and guests

* Maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and presentation

Pay

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
