Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care
• Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Operate coffee brewing equipment efficiently, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders
• Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle customer payments with professionalism
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes teamwork and excellent service

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse customers and team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
