Barista and Cashier

This is not a SEASONAL job, we are looking for a commitment.

WEEKEND availability is a must.

Do you LOVE coffee? Is one of your favorite hobbies to check out the new coffee shop in town? Do you find yourself traveling way out of the way to your favorite? Do you love people and getting to know them? Do you love making peoples day?

We are a family owned and operated coffee company and we take a ton of pride in being able to do what we love! You would be working beside us and we grow our company. That includes growing a team of new people that can come along side us and create a great shop!

The shop is in a great neighborhood with great vibes already! We do not have any interest in the snotty barista or the person that should not be dealing with people because they actually don't like people.

What we are looking for in our employees:
-have a solid work ethic
-have outstanding customer service skills
-are responsible, a team player, clean and organized
-have the ability to multitask, and pay close attention to detail
-be available on weekends.

Must be comfortable with working whole shift with facial covering.

• Proven working experience in customer service
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Open to feedback and coaching on a regular basis
