Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Barista Customer Service representatives. In this role, you will be the face of our café, delivering outstanding customer experiences by preparing quality beverages, managing transactions efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us elevate every day for our customers and team alike.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and care
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, adhering to food handling regulations
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality
• Assist with food preparation and serving snacks or light food items as needed
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized café environment that promotes safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
