Barista - Female (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Barista with a background in luxury hotels or upscale hospitality environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages in accordance with luxury service standards
• Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation across all beverages
• Provide personalized guest service, including beverage recommendations and customizations
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and utensils at all times
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related supplies, reporting shortages as necessary
• Follow portion control guidelines, minimize waste, and support cost-efficient operations
• Stay up to date with current coffee trends, brewing methods, and specialty beverage offerings
• Deliver service in a professional, polished, and courteous manner aligned with luxury brand standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, upscale café, or fine-dining environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and espresso-based beverages
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-groomed appearance with a professional and confident demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Barista certification or relevant professional training
• Experience in latte art and specialty coffee presentation
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is an advantage
