Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. Working within a hospitality environment, the role requires maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable experience.

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in line with established recipes and standards
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests
  • Take customer orders accurately and handle cash or point-of-sale transactions efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and related equipment
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control, including replenishment of supplies
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and health regulations
  • Present beverages in an appealing and consistent manner
  • Respond to guest inquiries, preferences, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Support team members and assist in other areas of the outlet when required
Desired Skill & Expertise:
  • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
