Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. Working within a hospitality environment, the role requires maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable experience.

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in line with established recipes and standards

Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests

Take customer orders accurately and handle cash or point-of-sale transactions efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas

Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and related equipment

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control, including replenishment of supplies

Follow all hygiene, safety, and health regulations

Present beverages in an appealing and consistent manner

Respond to guest inquiries, preferences, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Support team members and assist in other areas of the outlet when required
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role preferred
