Barista – (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving premium coffee and beverages while upholding exceptional presentation standards and delivering a refined, memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies.
• Ensure all beverages are consistently prepared and presented in line with luxury brand standards.
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the coffee station and surrounding service areas.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and replenish supplies as required.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations and overall hotel service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma; barista certification or professional training from a recognized institute is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a barista in a luxury 5star hotel or resorts in GCC.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, brewing methods, latte art, and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-focused mindset.
• Genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance that aligns with five-star hygiene and grooming standards.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
