Barista (New Café/Restaurant)

Applicants must possess in-depth knowledge of tea, coffee, latte art, juice, and smoothie preparation, as well as current beverage trends. They are also expected to participate in all required training sessions.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, following service standards as trained, carefully preparing all beverages following set recipes, presentation and guidelines, inventory and cost control, maintaining cleanliness and food quality standards, recording wastage, and highlighting any stock or maintenance issues.

Maintaining excellent grooming and personal hygiene is imperative, along with an attentive, polite and helpful attitude towards all customers and colleagues.
