Are you a passionate and experienced individual with a love for coffee and customer service? Join our friendly team as a Barista/Cashier!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, along with other beverages and food items.
• Greet and assist customers with a warm and positive attitude.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and securely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and customer area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in cafe operations.
• Proficiency in using POS systems.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for coffee.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
