Role: Head Barista

Location: Bahrain

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily barista operations, ensuring consistent coffee quality and presentation.
• Train, mentor, and motivate barista team members.
• Develop and introduce seasonal beverages and signature drinks.
• Maintain coffee machines and brewing equipment to top standards.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols are met at all times.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior barista or head barista.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and specialty coffee trends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
