Barista

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Take customer orders and provide excellent service, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment (e.g., grinders, blenders, etc.) with care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, including operating the POS system.
• Educate customers on menu items, offering recommendations and upsells when appropriate.
• Ensure proper food safety and health regulations are followed.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are fresh.
• Support team members and work collaboratively to meet store goals and objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding workplace safety and customer service.
